Southlake Mall is located less than 15 minutes from the home. No washer and dryer available but there is a laundromat located approximately 5 minutes from the house. Vegetable garden located on the property which you are welcome to eat from. As a disclaimer, there is a rooster and chickens on the property which may wake you in the early morning (usually around 6am). Current roommates do not smoke but the home is 420 friendly, however no smoking allowed in the house. Parking available in driveway. Security cameras located outside the property. No parties. Prefers focused and working adult.
