Race Street

We are two guys (24, 30) looking for a third roommate in a three bedroom unit. The property is a house with 5 other single units - we are living in the only multi-unit three bedroom on the first floor. It’s a great location (just a couple blocks from Colfax) and right in the heart of Denver. We’ve been living here for the last year, but unfortunately our third roommate has decided to move out due to a job opportunity.

About the unit: We have the living room and kitchen fully furnished so you’d only need to furnish your own bedroom. There is AC, a communal washer/dryer in the basement, and we have a small dog that is extremely well behaved and stays in one of our rooms during the day (he’s non-vocal and house trained). The unit is a 2 bath unit and whoever rents this room would be sharing one of the bathrooms.

Perks: The rent is insanely cheap at only $700 including utilities (yep) and an additional $17 for internet. There’s no catch - we’re just super lucky to have found the place. The lease is for 12 months.

About us: We are both young working professionals in finance and we are both extremely conscientious and respectful towards the space and time of everyone in our unit. Our house is not a party house and we would prefer SO’s not spending the night too often.
