We have a room that will be available on May 1st in a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath house off of Dutton situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. The room is 112 square feet.

The home offers a decent sized kitchen and a large living room/large backyard and outdoor patio area/front yard - to sun tan, BBQ, entertain your guests, .

The bedroom is good-sized and the bathroom is shared with one other roommate.

Utilities ($90), the total bill is split between the roommates, which include: water, gas, power, garbage, Internet.

The home also features a: washer/dryer/dishwasher/central heating; and is within close proximity to Costco, Trader Joe’s, Target, Ohana’s BBQ, other markets, various eateries, freeways and highways.

Street parking is abundant, as well as driveway parking which is usually first-come, first-served.

The landlord will provide a new agreement which will be month-to-month. However, we would prefer someone who is looking to stay at least a year or longer.

We are looking for, and would prefer someone who has a steady job, is relatively clean/reliable/responsible. Sorry, no 420…

We are both working professionals in our 30s; we work long hours, and are relatively quiet and chill. I work in IT and freelance as a private consultant in my spare time, while the other roommate is a technician at an electronics company who enjoys making beer at home on the weekends and working on his car.
