Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Kingwood. No back neighbors. No smoking or drinking inside please. About the roomies
Two people, my husband and I are living in the house. My husband is teaching at school during the day and I do my own projects at home. We don’t smoke and drink. For hygiene purpose, it’s required to remove shoes before entering the house (we use indoor house slipper). I do want to mention that we recently adopted a puppy (a mix of border collies and lab). The puppy’s playful but not very noisy, stays downstairs, and isn’t allowed upstairs. She also has her own crate. If you’re afraid of dogs or have allergies, our home may not be the best fit. To keep the house clean, we vacuum the first floor daily and mop it every other day. The second floor is vacuumed and mopped once a week. Please note that smoking/vaping, drugs, and alcohol are not allowed anywhere in the house or the yard. All utilities are included in the rent.
