Spacious, fenced in backyard with large patio. No patio furniture currently though.

One space of street parking in front of house. More space along street for a guest as well.

Hi, I’m Kristen (35F) and bought this house last year. I’m looking for another female roommate. (Separate bedrooms, but shared upstairs bathroom.) My current roommate is 33F.

I have two dogs Broly, a husky mix (6M) and Lilah, a German Shepherd (4F). Both love other people. I’d prefer no other pets, but please let me know if you have a pet, we can discuss further.

I’m a graphic designer and currently work remotely full-time. I also have a sewing side business. Very artsy but also a bit of a nerd, like board games and D&D and stuff.

Non-smoker, light social drinker, 420-friendly but don’t smoke, LGBTQA+ friendly.
