There are currently 3 bedrooms available. One BR is shared bath with current female resident, but this is one of the larger rooms. The next BR has own bath just next to it, doors are side-by-side. The last BR is the master and largest room, with en-suite bath. Price varies slightly with master. (PHOTOS FOR MASTER ARE NOT CURRENTLY ON POST). Located in Phoenix, AZ, south section of highly sought out Arcadia area (35th St/Thomas). Central location of all desired destinations. 10min from downtown, 10min from Tempe, 10min from Scottsdale, and even less than 10min from Sky Harbor Airport. Quick & easy highway access (HWY 51/HWY 202). NO furniture in bedroom included. Remainder of house (living room/den/kitchen/outside patio+BBQ grill) fully furnished. Almost all amenities recently updated. Equal portion of electricity and WiFi to be covered on top of base rent (split into fourths or number of residents) but remainder of utilities included.
