318/538/9587 ..Text or call.. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse property in West Shreveport near Pines Road pretty accessible to about anything you need . I’m renting an upstairs bedroom that will be available to show between June 5’th to June 9’th 2026 those will be the days I’m back in town, any other times will be 2 weeks from the June 9’th. The room will have a walk-in closet and a small private bathroom with tub, toilet, sink in the hall next to the room. Nothing furnished. The kitchen is accessible at any time. Living room is pretty much completely occupied by me, the dog and Wayne who lives with me lol. I’m looking for someone who is financially stable and able to pay full rent and utilities with no issues every month on time. I do not do leases, it is a month to month stay and only ask for a small notice if possible before moving out . Rent and utilities is strictly due between the 1’st and 5’th of every month. Full rent and full deposit is due upon moving in at the beginning of a month. If moving in the middle of month then only half of rent and full deposit will be due upon moving in and full rent and utilities begins the following 1’st through the 5’th of each month after. Of course full deposit will be returned if the room is in the same condition it was in upon moving in and no damages exceeding $200. The room will be perfectly clean and carpets shampooed before moving in. Over night guest are welcomed occasionally “ strictly 1 or 2 times a week“ if accompanied by you at all times . I do not rent the room to couples at all. This is a home that everybody goes to work on a daily. I do not have much storage area, except the closet in your room, so I just ask for someone to move in with just enough items that can be stored neatly in the bedroom and bathroom.

I’m not home much , lol. I do live with someone “Wayne” that has been around for about 7 to 8 years, so it’s usually just him in the house while I’m out of town working, I basically let him be in charge of most things around there or let him think he is lol. At most times i’m quite and relaxing in the recliner on my days off and the guy I live with “Wayne” works most days . We do occupy the living room a lot, mostly just watching TV or talking . Most thing I do when I’m home is cook a lot, other than that, not a whole lot goes on in the kitchen when I’m gone . For most part it’s quite there, which we both like. I don’t like company often and very rare occasions people visit . We do have one small yorkie and he’s basically the only child and is shy to new people but warms up to them after a little while and me and Wayne take full responsibility for him on his needs. He is almost 3 years old and very puppy like loves his toys and wants to play a lot. There is also plenty of parking spaces on property and is lit up pretty well at night, also I do have security cameras.
