This is a 2bed 1bath that my current roommate is moving out of a couple weeks late, so this would be just under 12 months (sometime between Aug 15 and Sept 1 through the end of July next). It’s right next to the Ballpark Trax stop in Salt Lake City, so easy access to downtown, and I get groceries on about a 15-min train trip to the Trolley stop. The room itself is about 9.5x10ft plus the closet. Common areas are furnished and there’s enough space to split cabinets and shelves. AC, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. One uncovered parking spot that you could use. Property company covers water/sewer, so the split of half the power/gas/internet is about an additional $65.

I frequently visit the Eccles for plays and the symphony for concerts. I go by the library every week, I’ve taken knitting back up (mini pumpkins so far), and I’ve started a board game collection in the last year or so.
