The room is furnished with new furniture and has a private bathroom. The community is gated, has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, an amenity center and a gym. The rest of the home has been completely furnished and includes an oversized screened in lanai with a big screen tv and soundbar, dining table for 6, outdoor seating and 2 lighted fans to keep it cool. Laundry room with new LG washer and dryer.

We are a married couple and both work full time. We are not around M-F but are home on the weekends.
