House is located near Ft Apache and Blue Diamond. Minutes away from the Durango Casino. Spacious common areas. The room is located on the street side of the house and gets plenty of sunlight. Also has a closet for your wardrobe. The shared bathroom is located next to the room as well.
About the roomies
You will live with myself and 3 other tenants, 2 males and 2 females, as well as 2 playful dogs. However in May 2 of the tenants (1 male and female ) will be moving out. All tenants are very easy going and friendly.
