The basement has one bedroom, full bath (stand up shower) a living room (that will be shared) and a laundry room (that is shared). The rent also includes the following

Sharing of Washer and Dryer (we do laundry once a week)
Conveniently located next to I95 and the Express lanes.
We are looking for one individual who is responsible, clean and a respectful person with no pets. You are more than welcome to share the kitchen.
