Updated apartment, with stainless steel appliances, fireplace, and in unit washer and dryer. Tons of amenities here, White Oaks Apartments in Bayside. Exercise rooms, business room, theater room, and meeting rooms, lovely pond and grilling areas.

I’m a 47 year old professional female. Looking for a professional male or female in their late 20’s to 50’s. I generally like living with others. I’m past the days of say “partying” in my home, other than small social gatherings on occasion, and that type of thing.

For non-smokers only, and I do best without strong scent around the house, other than like a mild candle in the living room or something.
Of course no drugs, and etc. Otherwise I’m a pretty relaxed personality type, and just looking for someone else who is respectfully neat, but we don’t have to be uptight either. If you work nights or can be noisy often past about 11, less weekends, then it might not be a fit. And you do need to be employed currently.
