We have a bedroom available in our gorgeous, spacious, newly renovated 3bd/2ba home on a quiet cul-de-sac in the San Carlos/Lake Murray area.

The room features ample natural light, brand-new carpeting, and access to a newly remodeled bathroom shared with one other person.

The main living areas are decorated with cozy-yet-sleek furniture from West Elm and Article. Minimalist mid-century modern vibes. The open-concept living room has vaulted ceilings, perfect for relaxing after a hike at Cowles Mountain, which is right outside the front door. Out back, a sustainable hardwood deck is ideal for yoga, reading, or soaking in the serene views of Mt. Helix and Mt. Miguel.

About us: We’re two young professional women in our early 30s who work full time. We love pickleball, movie nights, and exploring everything San Diego has to offer. We keep the home tidy, relaxed, and fun, and we’re looking for someone who vibes well with that energy. You’ll also be sharing the house with Walnut, our sweet pup who will love you to pieces.
