Hi there! I’m renting out one bedroom in a spacious 3 bed, 2.5 bath home located in a safe, gated community with 24-hour security.

The bedroom is a spacious room with high ceilings, it is furnished, with a full sized bed frame and mattress, desk and chair, with a dresser and smart tv. Furniture does not have to be added. You’ll be sharing the upstairs bathroom, and there’s also a guest bathroom downstairs for added convenience.

Rent includes all utilities—no extra costs!

The community features a swimming pool and basketball court, and it’s in a super convenient location: right off the freeway, close to tons of restaurants, Galleria Mall, LVAC gym, and Central Church.
