The Basics: One ground floor room (unfurnished) with a private full bath. Access to all shared spaces except the garage. We have fiber internet and large capacity washer and dryer. Pets possibly allowed. Absolutely no smoking for medical issues though vaping is ok.

The Area: Close access to the 820, 20 minutes from downtown FW, 5 minutes to shopping, dining, and in a very quiet, safe neighborhood full of families. Close to TCC, TCU, FW International Airport and about 35 minutes to DFW International Airport.

Hey all, we’re an unconventional family of four; two sisters (40’s & 50’s) with two young adult “children” looking to share our home. We have a cat and two hypo-allergenic breed dogs. We’re all female except the cat. We don’t tolerate any form of bigotry. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly♡. We’d consider any pets you may have.

Who are you? Well, you’d need to be reasonably clean. Pick up after yourself in shared spaces timely, keep your areas decently clean to keep the home pest free and smelling nice. You’d have to be ok with swearing and alcohol in the home. You’d not have company super frequently and respect our family and home. It’s cool if you’re more of a loner but we’d welcome you to share in our lives and hang in communal areas with us. You’d be subject to a background check. This room is for a singular person of any gender; children and couples will not be considered. Smoking is not allowed for medical reasons (residue clings) but vapes are ok.
