About the room
We’re looking for two people (no college undergrads) to add to our year-long lease. You’d get the master bedroom, which is a perfect size for couples (or two peers). Our house sits just outside of downtown West Chester, a short walk and even shorter drive into town. We have a driveway, or you can get a street parking permit for about $10 (if you don’t already have one).
Rent is $850 a month, with a security deposit equal to a month’s rent ($850). This would be $425 per person if being shared. Internet and utilities usually add up to around $60 per month.
We’re looking for anyone who will be courteous and respectful of our shared living space. We live in a quiet zone so no wild parties every single night. LGBT friendly, or at least have enough respect and decency to not actively be rude to anyone because of that. As I said earlier, no undergrads. However, if you’re a either out of school, or a graduate student who works, that would be perfectly fine. Let me know if you’re interested!
About the roomies
Hey all, my name is Milan and I study Sustainable Food Systems Management at West Chester University. I also work at Appalachian Brewing Company right in town. I absolutely love to cook. I also enjoy video games, board games, art, music, and occasionally exploring the woods. I usually keep to myself, but am very respectful and considerate of those I share a living space with. I value a clean and chill environment. Can’t wait to meet new people!
