FEMALE COLLEGE STUDENT OR YOUNG LADY! ROOM 4 RENT. PRIVATE ROOM W/PRIVATE BATHROOM. Seeking female college student between the ages of 18-29 to share a comfortable, cozy and safe home with 2 other young female adults. This is a clean safe environment close to Marta and less than a 15 minute drive to most colleges/universities. Nearest shopping area will be Cascade, which host facilities such as Walmart, Publix, Home Depot, Starbucks, McDonalds, Citizens Bank and a few other facilities. The home is fully furnished, all utilities are included: washer/dryer, central air & heat, wifi, alarm system and security camera. A professional cleaner comes in once per month to clean the home.
NO DRUGS, NO SMOKING, NO COUPLES, NO EXCEPTIONS. I am looking for a respectful young women who can get along well with roommates. My preference is a college student or young single lady starting out on their own for the first time. One month rent and one month security deposit.
