The room is best suited for a twin bed. —Step outside and enjoy a large yard with a pool, perfect for warm-weather, relax on deck, take a dip or float away 🙂, and a gas grill (gas refills shared amongst housemates)ready for summer BBQs. Laundry is available downstairs with an agreement. Details & Cost: —$275 per week, includes all utilities. Shared home. Four-bedroom single-family home currently shared by three of us—and two lovable kitties 🐈🐈. *A licensed cosmetologist **A full time Registered Nurse **HVAC technician & full-time college student majoring in Psychology. We value a comfortable, respectful home where everyone contributes to shared responsibilities in all common areas (floors, countertops, stove, bathroom/tub etc) we all use—including driveway care/snow removal. *This is a non-smoking home, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys a calm, positive living environment. Can take initiative on their own to take part in chores to keep home safe and clean inside and out. Social drinking is fine, but if drugs, smoking/vape or heavy alcohol use are part of your lifestyle—or if you have a criminal history—this wouldn’t be the right fit for you. A background/CORI check is required. No overnight guests. *A huge bonus if you’re a nature lover 🥾🥾! I love hiking and run a large hiking group. I enjoy spending time outdoors, working in the yard, relaxing by the pool, and heading out to plays, festivals, amusement parks, and the beach. *The housemates have their own passions too! Sports fans who enjoy hockey and football games, day trips, weekend getaways, horses, cooking, e-sports gaming (including competitive Rocket League w/streaming), and staying active. While we all have busy lives, the house itself is generally quiet and laid-back. When home, we tend to relax, work around the house or yard, unwind by the pool, or enjoy our own space. Every bedroom has a TV with either a Firestick or Roku. You’re welcome to use your own tv. *We’re looking for a long-term roommate, not a revolving door—someone who values stability, mutual respect, and a peaceful place to call home.
