Hi, I have a fully furnished 12 x14 room for rent $I,300 per month including all utilities, cable and a parking space. Floor to ceiling windows, verticle blinds, laminate wood flooring, on the top floor of a five story apartment building. It’s a 2 bedroom, corner unit, so plenty of natural light and a balcony. The bathroom is a hotel setup. One full bathroom with another seperate sink and mirror. (Has worked very well.)

It’s in the 4 Lakes complex in Lisle which includes free access to 3 pools, volleyball courts, boat rentals, bar, restaurant, conveniece store, fishing and skiing in winter. Gym is extra.

Available July 1st. A 9 month contract and one month’s deposit is required. Employment Background Check needed. All utilities are included, including cable and a parking spot. Unit has a real fireplace and laundry. Room and apartment is fully furnished including kitchen.

About Me: I am a very young thinking, 55+ divorced female. I’m looking for the same qualities in a roommate as I myself have (age not important): educated, clean, kind, responsible, reliable, respectful, engaging and easy going. I am not a loud person. I avoid any negative, violent programing including the news.

I have a very friendly, loving well behaved medium size dog: Misha (After the initial 10 minutes of excitement meeting a new human🤣) She does shed but I try my best to keep the place hair free.
