This is a must-see Room/Space!!Private Room (with a Queen Size Bed…you must have your own linen, etc.) You share the restroom with one other clean neat roomie. Access to kitchen, Utilities and Wifi included in the room price. There is a washer and dryer in the home as well. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the house. No cannabis, vaping, hookah, etc inside house.. No animals of any kind. No overnight guests permitted. No couples. Not Children Friendly. This is a one-person room only! No parties, loud music, etc. If you like to entertain, and want overnight guests, this will not be an environment for you….If you desire peace and quiet this is the perfect place for you.
This space is a great place for a mature person, traveling medical professionals (near Grady, Emory Midtown, etc.) or other traveling professionals, a graduate student (close to the AU Center, GSU, Ga tech, SCAD) educators, truck drivers (note: you cannot park your semi-truck in the neighborhood), airline professionals, a person that is in transition to their next level, newly separated/divorced, super CLEAN/neat, focused, goal oriented, etc. You must have proof of employment and proof of income, or you must be able to pay several months of rent in advance.
