***NOTE: This was Teeti’s listing, ( my mom.) It is a Large apartment. The hs itself was built turn of the last century, & I inherited the apartment from my college friend. Its clean & NOT the hs beautiful, but has off-street parking for an average size vehicle, or we take turns in well-lighted street parking near the hs.

• 2 blocks from Lake Champlain & Battery Park. ( the lake is visible from the bedroom) *culturally diverse area *Gr8 ethnic restaurants *friendly neighbors.
• Rental Agreement for required for occupancy **(Room deposit is refunded par no room damages.)

We are a family group of 3: 1 college student -1 millennial civil engineer & -1 adult, /active human services, both working full time at regular, weekly jobs.

WANTED: *4th roommate for the 4th bedroom.
