The Area The Building The Apartment/room Your Future roommates

The Area This area of Manchester is very safe. Close to downtown, 7-10 walking distance, all the neighbor know each other, we have security cameras all over the house, and it’s a quiet area. We have plenty of street parking on the block and during snow emergencies we make sure you car can fit in the parking area. We are currently looking for a roommate for our third bedroom on the first floor. You would be sharing the apartment with two roommates both work full time, quiet, and professional and our dog.

The Building This is a three family house. We have long term tenants on the second and third floor that are wonderful. Everyone in the building vibes with each, is very friendly, and has a dog, so its safe to say we are very dog friendly here. We have a yard, back porch, gazebo sitting area (seasonal), hot tub (seasonal), BBQ (seasonal), and laundry room in basement.

The Apartment/bedroom The apartment is on the first floor you would be renting the third bedroom located in the back of the apartment off the bathroom with it’s own private entrance. We would share the rest of the apartment with you. The bedroom is furnished with the following items; small dresser, nightstand, queen bed, bed sheets, lamp, mini refrigerator, built in desk and shelves. It also has a big closet and extra storage above the closet (see photos). We just had the room painted and the floor sanded, it looks and feels clean, crisp, and cozy. All utilities are included, so you pay one bill for rent and utilizes per month. The rent is $1,100.00 per month with a security deposit of $1,100.00 and a month to month lease.

Your Future roommates We are looking for a professional who works outside of the house full time during the day, doesn’t have a lot of company, quiet, and easy going. No couples, no kids, no animals.
