The room is in a single level home located in one of the most desirable communities in Charlotte. Surrounded by beauty and serenity amidst the bustling city. There are many stores, restaurants and entertainment areas within a 2-mile radius.
The room is bright with big windows and blackout heavy curtains. It is fully furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed, solid wood furniture and a wall mounted TV.
All utilities are included with the rent, plus Wi-Fi and high-speed internet; and will have access to the kitchen, dining, living room, sunroom, laundry room, the back yard and front porch areas.
The whole house is very bright, spacious with high ceilings. It is peaceful and quiet.
There is usually one permanent resident, me: but occasionally there might be a guest or a relative on a short-term visit. All guests in the home are obligated to follow the house rules.
