Our house is located in the quiet neighborhood community of Mission del Lago, which is close to the Lackland AFB, the Toyota manufacturing plant and the Texas A&M college. A single story family house which has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Currently, we are occupying the master bedroom. We have three rooms available for rent, which have a shared full bathroom. Each room is fully furnished with new furniture, which includes a new memory foam queen size bed, 32” smart TV, small table and chair, with LED color light headboard and night stands. Shared space are full bathroom and common areas to include the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and outdoor back yard. Rent per room ranges from $800-$900 per month including utilities: water, electricity, trash, and WiFi. At signing of the lease, the security deposit and first month’s rent are due.
