This private studio / casita, located in Riverbend Community in Jurupa Valley, has its own separate entry from the main home. It is a first level, one bedroom, one full bath which includes a small living room area and a small kitchen with a sink and cabinets. There is no stove, but a small electric grill can be used to cook meals. It also comes with a washer/dryer combo in the unit, so laundry service is not shared. All bills are included. Very private and no shared living spaces with main house. Conveniently located 9 mins driving from Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Walking distance to an elementary school, huge community park, and goose creek golf club is nearby. 4 mins driving from a nearby shopping center, and 10 mins to Costco and 99 Ranch etc. Freeway access to I15 is only 5 minutes away.

We are a family of 4 adults living in the main house, 2 male and 2 females. We are mostly working so, though we are friendly, we don’t have much time to socialize. We are very quiet and prefer the same. We prefer no loud music, no parties or smoking in the house. There is a small patio where you can smoke if you’d like. The area is very calm and inviting.
