About the room
3 bed 2 bath house with 1 empty room. Corner lot, with the lot behind us and across the street empty. House tends to have AC set at 73 during day and 70 at night and soda stocked for communal use. For hurricanes we have accordion shutters so shutting down is a breeze. The rent includes power, water, electricity, and internet.
About the roomies
Currently houses 1 couple with a dog in master bedroom, 1 male in one bedroom and 1 young adult, male, and 2 cats in garage. All 4 of us work, and the dog and cats do not get along, but we make it work. Couple is married and everyone sticks to themselves. There is game night Monday hosted at the house. Both guys are in recovery, so if you enjoy drinking, feel free to enjoy in the room. All 4 are working and take care of the bills. If you smoke, you MUST smoke outside.
