We are seeking a responsible, respectful roommate for a furnished or unfurnished room in our beautiful, large Victorian home located in the charming Historic District of Manassas. The property offers a relaxing atmosphere with tons of amenities, including a large in-ground pool, well-equipped game room, bar, theater room with 3D projector and Dolby THX Surround, a fully equipped weight room, a gourmet kitchen, hot tub, and a shared enclosed garden space. This is truly the ultimate staycation home, with plenty of room to unwind in comfort.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, hostility, passive-aggressiveness, or any form of rudeness, including toward our pets. If you have any concerns, please address them directly with me. We prioritize good communication and respect, ensuring that everyone feels at home.
Common Sense Expectations: We value cleanliness and cooperation. Please make sure to:
-Put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
-Take out the trash if it’s full.
-Inform us if you notice any issues, such as a lightbulb needing replacement, a clogged sink, or a shower drain issue.
-Replace shared items (soap, paper towels, foil, sandwich bags, etc.) when they run low.
-Each roommate is responsible for providing their own laundry supplies, including detergent, dryer sheets, and any other preferred products.
-We encourage a no-shoes-in-the-house policy to help keep everything clean and tidy.
-Keep personal belongings in your designated space.
Guests & Privacy: Guests are allowed on occasion, but extended stays are not permitted. If you would like to plan something special or have a group of friends or family over, please reach out for prior approval as a courtesy to everyone in the house.
We are all adults who value our privacy and space, so house parties or loud, disruptive gatherings are not allowed. We want to maintain a family-friendly environment where things remain peaceful and under control. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties that could get out of hand or become unsafe.
About the Pets: We have two friendly dogs. While they are typically quiet, they may bark when someone enters the house or passes by outside. If you’re not comfortable with this, this might not be the right place for you. However, they are clean, friendly, and will usually greet you warmly upon arrival.
Property Details: Minimum 6-month lease with a one-month security deposit. Rent is due at the beginning of each month.
Rent includes all utilities, including high-speed mesh internet, and maid service once or twice a month.
Furnished rooms are available for an additional fee.
Parking is plentiful, and common areas offer free streaming services.
No pets allowed (besides our own), and the property is smoke-free and not 420 friendly.
