Hi everyone! Great place to call home. I have a private room in a peaceful, no traffic, shared house + shared bathroom for rent in my home for $800 a month with all utilities included. The room is spacious with tons of natural light. The environment is safe as every resident did the background check.
The location is Westwood terrace, South West of Atlanta. West End is the closest Marta station. Airport - 18 min; Downtown - 12 min. Furnished: Queen Bed * Desk * Reach In closet.
All utilities are included: fast speed internet, water, gas, electricity. We also have monthly cleaning of the common areas in the house (stove, refrigerator) and quarterly pest control service by Terminix.
The room has a smart lock with your own personal code, home security system, washer and dryer. You will be sharing the common areas and bathroom.
Marta bus 68 is on the corner. Must complete a background check and show proof of income/ employment. There is a nice sunny patio on the back of the house to do your yoga. There are a lot of opportunities for walking, biking, hiking.
To move-in: One month rent $800; Security deposit (refundable) $400.
I expect you to be courteous, thoughtful, and respectful to the other housemates and the community. We have laundry rules; we split garbage duties, and help one another. A little bit about my process. First, send me you message, and I’ll do my best to share more details about the room and answer your questions; second, I do the video call; thirdly, if you and I think that it might be a fit, I’ll send you my questions in the application; after that, you are welcome to do the tour and see the place.
