My house is a very clean and quiet house located in a very quiet neighborhood in the gateway / green valley area. It a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage.

About the roomies

I live here with my 8 year old son. I have him 4 days in a week. I have a very busy schedule and you rarely will see me around. So you’ll probably have the house to yourself most of the time! Looking for a roommate preferably a female roommate in a quite serene house . You will have a bedroom with a walk-in closet and also a bathroom to yourself. It comes with a 2 car garage so you could park in one of the spot.

The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity , internet and trash).
