This is an older three-bedroom home with screened in porch. No pets. Non-Smoker, Non Vaper.

INCLUDES: WIFI, Utilities, water, sewage, trash, lawn care, washer/dryer, parking space, use of kitchen with pans, glasses, dishes, utensils. Use of kitchen pans, dishes, utensils, crock pot, toaster, ironing board, iron.

There is one bathroom. Be willing to text others in the home if you plan to use the shower by sending a simple ten-minute notice via text message.

NOTE: I am in the Autism Spectrum and have heightened sensitivity to scents. For example scented candles, body wash, cologne, scented trash bags, dryer sheets ETC. Please purchase “Non-Scented” items such a free and clear laundry detergent and toiletries. Items with natural Aloe, Coconut, Honey are fine. “Thank-You”

This is a safe neighborhood, with security cameras. I am located a few blocks from the Winter Haven High School and in close proximity to lakes, parks, stores, library, highways, restaurants and entertainment.
