This spacious room offers a nice view of Imperial Highway. It is conveniently located within a 20-minute walking distance to the Brea Mall and a 5-minute walk to a substantial shopping center.
About the roomies
Currently, I reside with my mother, who is a native Spanish speaker. Our household consists solely of the two of us. We both maintain busy work schedules; she works from Monday to Friday, while I work Monday through Saturday. While we have very demanding routines, we are very family-oriented. I also have 2 very beautiful nice cats . Very friendly. I would prefer someone who does not drink or use drugs of any kind. This is a very quiet neighborhood, and most of the time, everyone is asleep by 11pm, and no noise is being made at that time . It works well if u work early or if you are a student.
