I am looking for people who will help care for the house and yard and not just spend all their time in their bedroom.

The room is on the lower level of a split level house. I have furniture you can use if you want but we can move it out if you don’t want it. On the ground floor there is a living room with a TV and the kitchen. There is a nice backyard but it’s gotten a little weedy this year. There is a pergola and a fire pit in the backyard. The house is within walking distance of a Smiths, Walgreens, a couple restaurants, and a couple parks. It is close to bus stops for route 1 (Juan tabo) and 2 (Eubank). There is a garage that is currently mostly being used as storage. The house does have a ring camera over the garage and the front door. I have a cat and a dog. They are my priority. My dog tends to not like men so a female would be best. I currently have a short term roommate who will be moving out in the next month or so. She has 2 cats that are sweethearts but will piss on stuff.

It is just me and my cat and dog. I am not a neat freak but I like to think I am not a slob. I would prefer a roommate who is up for occasional hanging out to talk or watch a movie or something. I am not a social butterfly and I often need alone time to recharge but I also like a little socializing, especially when sharing space with someone. I am super liberal but can’t have any cannabis in the house or near me. Partly for my job but also because the smell tends to make me extremely sick. I don’t drink and I don’t party. I love science fiction, books, movies (although I haven’t had time to watch much). I will possibly have my nephew or a friend overnight but will let you know ahead of time unless there is an emergency. I listen to a lot of different music. I love tea. I have a messed up stomach that sometimes won’t let me eat most foods. Some of my favorite movies are: Blazing saddles, Alien, king of masks, Deadpool and Wolverine, the Russian ark, city of lost children, dark city. I hate the heat and am not a fan of sunlight most of the time. I love plants but have ten brown thumbs. I love my pets more than anything in the world.
