The room would easily fit a king size bed, or have plenty of space for a work from home setup. Access to HOA’s pool. Utilities included. Central Air & Heat. There is already a cat in the house, but we’re sorry, no other pets are allowed. The neighborhood is very walkable, with a grocery store, coffee shops and tons of restaurants nearby. Short drive to major studios, Burbank Airport and Griffith Park. We’re looking for a non-smoker, non-drug user, considerate individual. $64 Application fee for credit check, background check and income verification required.
