!! Price IS negotiable!! I am subleasing my apartment bed space from 1st of May to August. If you like the space, you will have the freedom to simply renew the lease for another year. The apartment is located at Hub On Campus Orlando. It is a modern apartment building with many amenities available to the residents. About the apartment: The apartment is located on the top floor on the quieter side of the building; you won’t hear stomping from other apartments. The space has 4 en-suite bedrooms; 1 of which will be yours. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. Included with room is a bluetooth shower speaker. There is also a lovely spacious closet. There is also space under the bed for additional storage. Speaking of the bed, the room comes with furniture; bed and a cute study desk and chair. All utilities are included in the rent and pets are NOT allowed. Right across the street from the building (you can see it from your room window) is a shopping complex with a Publix, Nail salon, Chinese restaurant, Pizza joint and McDonalds. There is also a shuttle bus that transports students to and from UCF daily.

The 3 other girls that live in the space are very clean, friendly and respect personal space. I’ve had an amazing time sharing this space with them, as I am a bit of a neat freak myself.
