Quiet neighborhood, three houses walk to trail. Access to kitchen, patio BBQ (two lot house), living room and family room.
Main bedroom (with private bathroom and walk in closet) is $1200 per month with $800 deposit. Guest room is $700 per month with $500 deposit. No smoking in the house, drug, nor over night guess. Utilities are shared (electric, water/sewer, and gas) but internet is included.
Pets are negotiable with a pet rent ($50/month) depending on size and breed. Overnight guests are not allow. Background checked, screened, 625+ credit score and proof of income are required to move forward.
