About the room
Looking for two guy roommates in your twenties or thirties to take the place of my two buddies who are moving away. The place is absolutely amazing and I do not want to move. The price is well-below market and we literally have beach views from our balcony. Less than a block away from all of the main bars and restaurants. The unit is a large second-story, 3 bedroom unit. One of the rooms is quite big with balcony access, while the other is smaller in size and rent will be apportioned as you so choose. Floors are newer laminate, the appliances are all relatively new, and the two of you would split or decide who would want the available parking spot. The two of you would share a larger 2-sink bathroom with a shower.
We will be replacing the living room furniture as the roommates move out. Want to remove the clutter and add some style to it.
About the roomies
I am a 34yo attorney and live with my 26yo Australian girlfriend who works for me. Looking for roommates who like to have fun on the weekends, and are cool with relaxing during the week, playing video games, watching sports/movies on my projection tv that takes up a wall in the living room. We love good food, weekends away, music, trivia, and hanging with friends.
