1 unfurnished private bedroom about 11’ x 12’ with a standard size closet with 2 shelves for extra storage and a full size hall bathroom to be shared with one other roommate. There’s a big galley kitchen, bright sitting room with 3 picture windows overlooking the covered patio and huge backyard with a flower bed and garden. Driveway and street parking available. Newer W/D in garage and plenty of room for storage. Quiet and safe neighborhood, lots of parks and schools nearby, local wildlife. Target, Trader Joes, Ulta, Lowe’s, and many restaurants within a mile, Hwy 80 and 50 minutes away, close to many colleges: ARC (5 miles), Sierra (10), FLC (15). No men or couples please. Willing to be flexible on the price and terms for the right person.

I am 32, single, and queer. I am shy at first but very friendly so it would be great if we could be friends and not just roommates! But if you prefer your own company that’s totally cool too. I have an 18 year old indoor cat who is fixed and up to date on all his shots so I’m definitely looking for someone who is cat-friendly or has cats themselves, or small cat-friendly dogs. I currently do freelance work and WFH a few days a week and also work at the Sacramento Zoo a few days a week. I am 420 friendly but am NOT okay with cigarettes. I am a night owl but am quiet and will probably keep to myself in my room for the most part. I like to hike, garden, birdwatch, play video games, watch video essays, go down wikipedia rabbit holes, and read and I am pretty lowkey. I’m a bit of a homebody and don’t go out much, and wouldn’t have much company but don’t mind if you do, within reason. I appreciate people who respect boundaries and can communicate when they have any problems instead of letting resentment build. Just looking for someone chill, clean and respectful :)
