Hi, I’ve rented space in a fourth of a 4plex for the coming year, and am looking to share space with another female! The home is pretty large, approximately 1000ft, that includes a single vehicle garage my roommate could use, a brand new washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, brand new carpeting, and beautiful surroundings
The home has myself, a middle aged professional woman, with an 8lb Maltipoo. I neither smoke nor drink, but I don’t mind if you partake of alcohol, as long as it doesn’t become an issue! And since my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs , one cat would be ok. You would have to apply and be approved through the management company.
