I am a recently divorced father of 2 boys ages 6 and 7. They live with me half the time every other week. I am currently looking for a roommate to rent my basement. It is finished and approximately 1064 sqft. It is completely unfurnished and the entire space would be yours minus the storage room which is rarely utilized. It is in Andover Central school district, HOA neighborhood which handles grass, trees, snow, the works. It has a 2 car garage which one would be yours. It is in a private community with a pool, fishing pond, and paved running trail around the pond. It has a playground near the pool and the backyard has a covered deck which looks back to an open field with a firepit. I am a member of the Air Force so I keep a clean house and am very respectful . The 700 covers all utilities and cox highspeed internet. The only thing I don’t have is cable but if your willing to have it installed we could make that happen. I mainly use streaming services and have an antenna for local channels. Price is negotiable.

Looking for someone who doesn’t mind having 2 young children half the time upstairs. They will never go down into your space in the basement. Looking for someone who is respectful.
