A spacious bedroom for rent in a luxury apartment community. It has a private bathroom and two closets. ALL utilities included w/price of rent. The common areas of the apartment are already furnished, but the room available is not. The building is only three years old and it is gated, you will receive gate access when you sign onto the lease (which is required). There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, so you can do laundry in the comfort of your own home. The community is pet friendly, but they do require a deposit if you’re bringing a pet into the home. One small dog lives here already. A two year old miniature dachshund (he’s very clean and doesn’t shed). He is housebroken and very friendly. He loves other animals and does well with them (he has lived with both cats and dogs in the past). He loves affection and attention, but will leave you alone if you don’t bother him. I’m a fairly laidback individual. I am clean, organized, and like my home to be the same. I am a young business professional working in healthcare administration, it’s an 8-5 office job, but it does require some travel and occasionally I work from home. I don’t mind guests in the home, I just like a heads up. I prefer common areas to be kept clean, but your room can look however you choose. I am out of the home most weekends because I enjoy traveling, hiking, and adventures in my free time.
