About the room
3 bedroom home with gated pool, washer and dryer driveway parking. Rv gates. Bedroom is furnished but if have own can take furniture out of room. water included and $150 for electricity. I donot have cable or internet due to never home to use and use phone for most of that. Work 7 days a week so rarely at home. I am a single mom which son comes over once in awhile when I am home he is 13. Aversge bill for summer is $300 for just one person and do pay as you go box. I am 45 and so party days are done. But do like hanging at pool when I do have any time to self.
About the roomies
Looking for someone to share bills with. Must have a job. If have significant other electric goes up if over more than 2 nights in week. I keep to myself when I am at home.
