Woodland Avenue

We have a large Room with its own private entrance available in our family home. The room is at the back of the house, so it is very private and quiet. The bathroom is shared. The kitchen is available if you need to use it. The rest of the house is for our family’s use. In the home are myself, my husband and our two children. We pretty much stay to the front of the house, so you wouldn’t be disturbed. There is laundry available in the house. Parking is on street only. The room is unfurnished with the exception of a large dresser that stays in the room. We also have a full sized bed if you need it. We are looking to rent to a single person who works outside the home and does not smoke(any kind) and has no pets. If you’re looking for a friendly place to live then we’d love to hear from you! The photo’s attached show the room with our current roommate’s furniture but it will be all gone by May 1st!
