~10 minute walking distance to the school district, beach and shopping center.

Lived in the neighborhood for 8 years now and have never had any problems. Everyone is super friendly, family home and pet type neighborhood. Golf courses all around. Safe walking outside alone and at night. Super chill area.

I (26, F) work full time. I play games when I get home and care for my dog. He is an Australian shepherd, super sweet, rarely barks, just a happy go lucky guy.

Roommate (27, F) also works fulltime. She’s super friendly and awesome.

I’ve never had problems with any tenants to date. Very chill house. Just be respectful, clean your space, mature etc.

There is street parking available. Just a question of how far the walk is because the streets nearby can get busy during prime hours.
