The Apartment is located at 36 Av and Steinway, Laundry in the building, closest train station is R and M train, and then N & W train. 24Hr Supermarkets, Cinema, Restaurants, Bars, 24hr Pharmacy, Gym, Yoga Studios. You are 10 to 15 minutes from Time Square, 30 minutes from Downtown Manhattan - Prime location close to train station, and in the heart of LIC/Astoria

Room (3 bedroom Apt) fully furnished with a Full Bed, Knight Stand, 2 Dressers, and a Walk-in Closet. $900 + utilities. To move in you must have 1 Month $950 + 1 Month Deposit $950 = $1900 to move in.

*Light BILL in the Summer Will NOT BE INCLUDED! In summer depending on how everyone uses A/C or Fan - anything above $50 light bill will be divided by 3/to each roommate

Rules of the house are

1. Everyone cleans after themselves, everyone deep cleans the bathroom 1 once a month (you can pay $25 if you don’t want to deep clean)

2. No masses of different people coming through the house - you have someone visit you cool or if you want to do dinner party once week, but everyday, or group gatherings can be done in a public space or their house.

3. You have to always be able to pay the rent.

If you are looking for nice room/living space, in the heart of Astoria, and you are clean, “normal”, and don’t like to throw parties at your house… this is the place for you. (We are cheerful, laid back people, just want someone who respects others space & apartment)
