About the room
Hi!
We are looking for someone to rent a room in our house in a great location near Highline College. Here are the details:
Rent: $825/month (includes all utilities – water, electricity, internet)
Location: Only a 10-minute walk to Highline College, 13 minutes to Highline Village, and 15 minutes to SeaTac Airport by car
Move-in Costs: First month’s rent, and a $825 security deposit.
Furnishing: Room can be furnished or unfurnished upon request.
A little more info: Preferably looking for someone who can commit to a 6 months lease, but I’m open to discussing other options Pets are not allowed No smoking or drugs in the house Parking is available in front of the house One person per room

About the roomies
I’m a Software Engineer at Amazon and my wife is a grad student at SU.
You’ll be sharing the house with a few others, but everyone is respectful and keeps things tidy. The common areas like the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry facilities are shared, and it’s a really quiet and clean space overall.
