$125 weekly. Electric and water not included. The room is 10x10 one person only, no couples, No kids or pets. I already have 3 little dogs. The house is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Near shopping and the train station. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and pays the rent on time. I will be doing a background check.

Private room in a nice house. In a clean quiet neighborhood. the house has a security system, cameras inside and outside and neighborhood watch is directly across the street.. .Bills are split between the roommates.
