Quiet and safe neighborhood off Sugar Creek Rd. near WT Harris Bldv, about a 10 min drive to UNCC, and 15 min drive to NoDa or uptown Charlotte or surrounding areas.

Close to various restaurants, shopping, with 2 grocery stores just a mile away. Price includes utilities. Looking for female renters as all other guests are female. You’ll get one room with a shared bathroom but there’s a half bathroom available for use as well.

About the roomies

Quiet young professional looking to rent out some rooms in the Charlotte area. I am native to the area (I know that’s rare these days) I’m honest, tidy, and a foodie. As well as Disney/ Marvel fan.
