About the room

In a quiet culdesac on the SE side of Redding 5-7 minutes from Final Draft/old downtown Redding. Applicant must be employed, working a general 9-5, no hard drugs, and able to sign into a 2-month lease with a background check. Please no night owls or midnight shift workers. The home is shared with one 36-year-old male. Please no pets. Rent is $850/mo. and includes ALL utilities, Washer, and Dryer on premises. There is a queen bed in the room, but nothing else. The hallway bathroom is shared though mostly yours.

About the roomies

I am a 36-year-old male, who works 7 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday. It’s just me and the deer that hang around our street. I enjoy hiking, going to the lake, and working on projects.
