ABOUT THE PLACE: Four bedrooms and shared areas with brand new furniture plus three unfurnished room accommodations. Special temporary arrangements are possible until all is settled. Parking is wide driveway accommodating 6 vehicles (3 tandem pairs in a row) with two limited curb parking spots (garage for owner vehicle and storage only) in a very safe upscale neighborhood.

House is very spacious and in a very safe upscale neighborhood notable for its palm tree-lined boulevards and several golf courses just 1-2 miles from five major supermarket chains and multiple service providers with just about every major commercial establishment (restaurants, entertainment and big box/chain stores) you can imagine within 5 miles. It’s just a 20 min. drive to downtown/Central Phoenix but in an exclusive and safe suburb away from the urban mess – in fact we moved back to the West Valley suburbs where we lived up until 26 years ago to be in a nice, clean and safe area again – without paying exorbitant prices. With three major freeways (Interstate 10, Loop 101 and the newer Loop 303 that provides a quick and always traffic-free link to North Phoenix) just a couple miles away in three different directions, navigating anywhere in the Valley of the Sun is pleasantly convenient!

BACKSTORY: I recently purchased this house but have not completely moved in yet. I am staying here intermittently throughout the year while working on it but since my job and current home are still in Phoenix (until I sell my properties there) I have been spending much of my time away over there working. Thus, there is still a lot to do at this house as all the brand new furniture is in their original shipping boxes in three of the rooms waiting to be set up and there is no little decor yet (much of which will come from the sales of my condos in Phoenix). I am slowly and meticulously getting set up and tending to all necessary maintenance and repairs that come with a big house, as well as several extensive enhancements and upgrades and hope to have it in picture-perfect shape soon.

NOTE: I have postings on several free and paid listing sites, each of which feature full profiles and photos for all their users β€” except for Craigslist. Because of that, and due to the overall impersonal and unscreened nature of this site, we ask that all those interested please be willing to link us to a social media or business profile with a current picture of yourself and some information, including your age, occupation and current living/job situation.
