This is an impeccably maintained home. The bathroom and kitchen are professionally deep cleaned once a week but roommates are responsible for cleaning up after using the bathroom and kitchen. Smoking of any kind is not permitted, and pets are not allowed. The application will be very simple, you just need to verify that you will be able to pay the rent and respect the house rules.

Three other roommates have lived here for a long time, work outside the home full time, and respect each other’s space, help each other out, and hope the new one does too.
